Define the task

Define inputs
List exact structured inputs. Treat Claude like a function signature.
Define outputs
Specify format. Bullets? JSON? Email subject + body? Be precise.
Add tone + rules
Voice constraints, formatting rules, what to never do.
Test and refine
Run on 5–10 real cases. Tighten the prompt until output is shippable.
